Research Interests

Tissue resident CD8 memory T cells (TRM) are a recently appreciated, highly abundant, non-circulating, long-lived subset of memory T cells that play an important role in protecting against re-infections. However, the signals required for their formation and differentiation remain largely unknown. Using acute inflammatory models, tumor models, as well as transcriptional analysis, I explored the molecular signals that modulate TRM differentiation and function.
